viridi
/ semitum
Northern Liberties is absent of green spaces for communal engagement. Veridi Semitum minimizes its footprint in order to
maximize green space; developing an outdoor space for the community of Northern Liberties. Our site is intended to
communicate via connected circulation patterns with site 2 in order to create an expansive social space missing in the
community. The building’s form structures itself around the site’s borders, view corridor, and adjacent buildings to
optimize vistas of the units.
